Er det ikke typisk? Jeg har masse å gjøre med bacheloren min, men da begynner jeg på alle mulig andre prosjekter i stedet.

I dag satt jeg å hørte på soundtracket til Sweeney Todd: The demon barber of fleet street (en favorittfilm), og da ble det en liten kulltegning av the barber himself, spilt av Johnny Depp. Får den ikke til å ligne helt men.... :S

I was listening to a duet from the movie Sweeney Todd: The demon barber of fleet street, and did a coal drawing of Johnny Depp in the role as Sweeney Todd.

Havent done an IF for quite a while now because there is not enough time!! :S
So I decided to blow the dust of some older stuff again. Horrible scan btw...
Cant remember how old this is, but I remember it was the first dragon I ever drew and I was so proud! Haha! Fun to look back at at least... I wanna redraw this in PS, just for fun. Will see when I get the time. :)


And yes, I am aware of the fact that the dragon is missing a wing... it was intentional. *cross fingers behing back*

Update!

I havnt been checking out IF for a while now, not because I dont want to but because life goes by too quickly now-a-days. I suddenly got the urge to go there today, and waddaya know, MY suggestion is this weeks topic!! What are the odds?
So I guess I just have to sit down and draw something then. :)

In the meantime, here is a couple of older ones just for fun. Kinda fits the theme, witch is IDLE.

Altough I am OVERJOYED to tell that I finally got photoshop and Illustrator again, I still have bad news... I cant find the pen for my drawingboard! Whats up with that? Its so retarded! So I am forced to keep uploading old stuff. Witch really sucks!

This girls name is Pauline and is copyrighted to my friend Therese who is going to write a childrens book about her one day. Its gonna rock, I know!! Its a quick sketch I did while we were talking about what she would look like.

Clutter - For Illustration Friday

You know it is time to clean your room when:
- You need a map to find you desk
- You are sharing your bed with "all this stuff! You dont even know what it is!"
- You dont remember what color your floor is or wether it is wood or carpet
- Your mum wont go nowhere near your room
- Yor chair has turned into a pile of clothes.

What to do if this happens:
A) You CLEAN! Gaah... :S
B) You give up trying to find your way in there. Whatever it was you where going to find probably wasnt so important after all.
C) You keep your clutter organized, so you always know that your red jumper is right under those pair of sneakers behind that box over there. :p

Memories - For Illustration Friday

This weeks topic for IF was Memories, and most of my memories comes from my wild imagination. I read a lot during my childhood, and daydreamed constantly and always imagined myself as a pirate captain, a fair princess or something like that.... In my world I could do anything really, and dragons and unicorn were my friends. Too bad its not reality huh... :)

This is a real quicky cause I was running out of time really. Anyways... this is me as a fearsome pirate captain, leading my crew of cold blooded pirates, ready to board an innocent ship. Mohaha!

And yes I know... the sword suck big time!

This weeks topic for IF was Canned! Got inspired by the Norwegian poem by André Bjerke that goes:

Runde rare Rulle Rusk
rapset rips på Ibsens busk.
Ibsen kom og skulle plukke
rips til rørte rips på krukke.
Ned i krukken raspet Ibsen
Rulle som en rips blant ripsen.
Rund og rød som ripsen selv
ble han syltet samme kveld.

Basically, this little guy looked like a berry and was picked and canned along with the other berries. :) Poor little fellow!!
