Edinburgh part 2. Tha food!

So I really dont have tons of more pics to show you guys, but I thought you all would like to see and read about our bravest act on the trip. Ladies (and if there is any gentlemen reading my blog) I give you Haggis. The traditional Scottish dish memorialised as the national dish.

Haggis is a dish containing sheep's 'pluck' (heart, liver and lungs), minced with onion, oatmeal, suet, spices, and salt, mixed with stock, and traditionally boiled in the animal's stomach for approximately three hours.

(Copied and pasted from wikipedia, so ignore the linked words, unless your uncommonly interested in Haggis. :p)

Looks yummy dont it?

Thats what the taste of boiled heart, liver and lungs in an animals stomach does to you...

We all survived as you see, but I doubt if I`ll ever try it again. Not even if you paid me.

Ok, maybe if you paid me... a lot!

He he, men jeg kan jo tenke meg at dere måtte prøve da;)
